Installation

Orca is currently installed locally, with drivers also installed locally for each piece of lab automation equipment it will control. Future versions of Orca may be cloud-based, with a local client used to deploy your configuration file. Your configuration file and scripts will remain local, allowing for easy management and version control alongside the rest of your software ecosystem. One of Orca’s goals is to integrate lab automation seamlessly into your existing software ecosystem.
